2nd and 3rd Attempt Approval

Students must work with the Course Mentor and work through the requirements set by the Course Mentor to receive approval for 2nd and 3rd attempts.  Your Mentor cannot approve any exam other than the 1st attempt.

If you do not pass your 1st attempt on an exam, reach out to the Course Mentor immediately and start working on their requirements. They will want to see what your score report for the exam and will set up requirements based on what they feel you need to review and the competencies  you need to improve upon.

Course Mentor's are going to work with you to ensure that you pass the exam on your next attempt.  If you do want to use alternate resources to prepare for your exam, you may do so, but the Course Mentor will still require that you fulfill their benchmarks they've set for you.
